Sodagreen's venue was at the L.A. Sports Arena. It was really hot inside. Not that many people went to the concert, which ended up being a good thing (for us) 'cause it would have been even worse heat-wise. We also ended up getting upgraded seats, which is always a huge plus!!!! The audience mostly consisted of Taiwanese foreign exchange students, so everyone was very small and vocally shy and nothing wild happened. Greeny (the main vocalist) spent a lot of effort coaxing the audience to get up on their feet and show excitement... lol.
The Foo Fighter's venue was at the Forum in Inglewood. There were so many people!!!!!!! And everyone was so lively! I had an amazing time. Dave Grohl has so much energy and I really love his hair. Unfortunately, my friend and I had to leave early to beat the crazy parking lot traffic since he drove from very far away and well, was also my ride.
Takeaway moments from Sodagreen's concert
- main vocalist Greeny has some serious, SERIOUS singing chops... he sang and talked and jumped around nonstop for over two and a half hours... crazy!!!!
- Zephyr is amazing on the piano and viola, I could listen to him play the viola for hours- so beautiful
- weird avant garde stuff went down during the middle of the concert ...?????
- very intense laser light show at times
- second half of the concert ended up being the band playing audience song requests- awesome!!!!!

Takeaway moments from Foo Fighter's concert
- main vocalist David has a broken leg and came in through a freaking throne... that was really awesome
- Jack Black appearance and everyone went crazy
- also queen of rock and roll STEVIE NICKS!!!! and Haim appearance
- Taylor Hawkins has the whitest teeth and best smile and he covered Queen's Under Pressure!
- sweet moment when FF played Big Me and David Grohl dedicated the song to a number of his family members there that day
- the venue smelled of hot dogs (and pot)
- oh the opener was Gary Clark, Jr.
